I have gone through a dozen server books in my time in the industry, all of which got the job done but had me convinced that occasionally losing receipts and dropping cash in front of my guests was inevitable. Let me tell you folks... NO LONGER. I just stuffed this thing full of cash and receipts and chucked it across the room as a test and not a SINGLE thing fell out. My god. Such a blessing!

I purchased the waiter wallet LTO after a suggestion from one of my coworkers. I also purchased the extra flap for holding more information. I have bought a waiter wallet before, but decided to upgrade because my restaurant's extensive menu required me to maintain extensive notes. The LTO was perfect. The pocket up front allows me to keep the most current featured product within my guests' view and the other pocket lets me keep my own notes. I also purchased an extra insert just in case and I just love this product.
